I think the problem here is that most sane people wouldn?t believe the claims of an alcohol addled, people trafficker and serial criminal therefore those claims are never going to cut the mustard, evidence wise.

We debated this some months ago remember?  You finally had to concede that without the evidence of the alcohol addled drug trafficker and serial criminal that Christian Bruckner would never have been brought to justice for the rape of Diane Menkes.   Therefore some sane people must have accepted his testimony because with it they were able to forensically link CB to the crime.  You really do have a short memory.

So, what the parents meant by a check was entering their apartments and if the children [and babies?] weren't actually running about all over the place then they had to be fast asleep in their beds?

No forensics in the case against Brueckner though. Nothing physical or tangible. Just a promise that they have some other evidence, which they still haven't shared with Madeleine?s parents. You can choose to believe Wolters if you're happy to bank on policeman words. Me personall, I'll wait until he reveals the concrete evidence before I believe him. So I'm going to be waiting a very long time.

Tell you what, why don?t you write out your theory in full, with timings and supporting evidence and send it to Operation Grange.  Once they see you completely logical and plausible explanation of how Gerry was Smithman then they are bound to change their minds about the abduction.  And if that doesn?t work, you could chain yourself to the railings outside Scotland Yard until they take you seriously.  Put your money where your mouth is.  Do something positive and manly instead of arguing with gullible old ladies on the internet.

No. I prefer just to troll gullible old McCann supporters. I can do it from the comfort of my armchair. It's great, it gives me a nice warm feeling knowing I can come here every day & irrirate stupid people by highlighting the total absence of any verifiable evidence that Madeleine was abducted.

That doesn?t surprise me tbh.  Spam seems very determined to recruit you to the Dark Side and I know Faith is an ally on the Mitchell case, so probably for the best if you throw your lot in with them, that way you won?t upset allegiances and will probably avoid being called a gullible moron too.
