He will not go ahead with the Q&A and I'll just hope that his legal team  can get him out.

He’s playing the “old” trick now: trying to get sympathy in the hope he will be released as he’s old. But there’s men in prison who are in their 80s, and they will never get out either.

Not surprising in the least. He was offered a similar opportunity about five years ago which I recall was organised by one of the Jackie's. That also fell flat just as he was about to respond to numerous questions. Readers have to realise the huge amount of jealousy involved in the Bamber circles even today. Full marks for trying AA but he is institutionalised now and can no longer think for himself.

He's been caught out previously so I'm not surprised he has declined to answer any questions.  I ask again, would a totally innocent person with nothing to hide behave in such a way?   

Bamber wants everything on his terms and wants to keep control of everything but he can't do that with a public forum.

He wouldn't even do it on the blue forum so no real surprise.  I hope you tell him that he is a prize mug Aggie, he has lost a real opportunity to put his case across to a wide audience.

In my opinion he's declined to interact with people who's motives he doesn't know. Whatever he had said would probably have been used against him. I think his decision was sensible. He either has good advisors or he's not as daft as some think he is.

There can be very few decisions he can make for himself. I'd guess, given the chance of making one, right or wrong, he'd grab it with both hands. It would help him feel as if he had some control.
