I must admit to being a bit concerned about this blog but as I waded my way through it I found it a gem of information.  Some spelling errors and a bit long but brilliantly put together with a distinct bias against the McCanns version of events.   8@??)(

Some interesting new characters for us to explore separately me thinks.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

What do you mean by "they don't want"? Do you mean now, in 2013, or back in 2008?

Amaral could have organised it in the days following the disappearance in May 2007... but didn't.

Even if the purpose of conducting a reconstruction back in May 2007 (in the PT system) was to check out the T9 as opposed to appealing for information, it could have been explained to the press.

By 2008, with all the lurid headlines, I'm not really surprised that they were wondering what this was all about.

Aside from the initial panic interviews given by family members back in the UK, when have the T9 been "vocal" concerning the PT cops?

Why should an action by the PJ as part of an investigation need or requirement, concerning the last witnesses to see Madeleine alive and well, be explained to the press?

Since when do police investigations in any country explain each action or diligence to the press in advance?

Not only should witnessess NOT have the reason why the investigation needed a reconstruction explaining to them (for obvious reasons) but in fact the PJ went out of their way and did provide an explanation by email to all of them.

And isn't it convenient that the Mccann's agreed to take part by email after it was clear the other members of their group refused making it a certainty that it would not happen, irrespective of the Mccann's attendance?

Quite a clever move on their part, as they can claim they were going to attend but others werent, so it wasn't their fault, they were happy to do it.

Unfortunately Mitchell let the cat of the bag in that article saying their lawyers would block it anyway.

I take it that Eddie barks to cadaver but freezes to blood, as Keela does to blood?

Where did you read that Eddie had different alerts according to what he'd detected?

But the blood alert is classed as a CSI alert, and the EVRD alert is for cadaver scent, isn't it, irrespecitve of which dog alerts to it?

I take it that Eddie barks to cadaver but freezes to blood, as Keela does to blood?

This is the problem with us non experts trying to interpret reports, none of us are qualified to give an accurate answer as to what does what.

Would you say then irrespective of the alert signal that the areas where the EVRD (cadaver) alerts but the CSI (Blood) doesn't indicates cadaver scent irrespective of the alert given?

After all if it was blood in that location then both dogs would alert.

Do you agree with that?

Eddie only barks - he was never trained to freeze.

I'm amazed that some people don't know that  - after all this time.
The notion that innocence prevails over guilt – when there is no evidence to the contrary – is what separates civilization from barbarism.    Unfortunately, there are remains of barbarism among us.    Until very recently, it headed the PJ in Portimão. I hope he was the last one.

In theory not, but what was the justification for Amaral not organising it way back in May 2007?

I said the McCanns have been vocal criticizing the cops.  Maybe you should read the book Madeleine?

As for a reconstruction the mccanns could have had one at any time but chose not to for their own reasons.  Reminds me of the arguido interview when Kate only answer the last question which was something like do you agree that your failure to answer questions is compromising the search for your daughter or words to that effect and she answered YES.   8(0(*
Most people suspect the truth but few are able to admit it.

That doesn't answer my question as to why Amaral didn't organise one in May 2007.

Exactly. But both dogs alerting could also be blood (Keela) and cadaver (Eddie). And it's not excluded that the blood isn't the cadaver's one (murderer's blood).
The impossibility, in lack of recoverable remains, of determining whether Eddie alerted to cadaver or to blood turns Keela necessary. Her negative reaction in 3 places of the flat shows it wasn't blood Eddie was alerting to.

So what was it, that Eddie alerted to, when he ran amok and barked 5 times, at the garage  wall?

I have no idea, i am not him. The point is when one was asked to be done by the PJ they refused and that decision directly closed the case.

You've already admitted that you don't have all the facts

In what sense do you feel that fabrication contributes the search for material truth?

Can you answer my question and confirm as you have intimated that you have all the facts and know whodunnit.

Can you then explain why you have not contacted the Yard and told them.

There are no facts that support a view that the Mcanns (or their friends) are hiding anything nefarious.

So Scotland Yard are attempting to establish pointers which might uncover the truth of what happened to Madeleine, with the starting-point (as they have made clear) that neither Kate and Gerry nor their friends are suspects or people of interest.

That much confirms the views of the Portuguese Prosecutors and the view expressed in the final PJ report.

John, may i also recommend you read this free e-book:

There are some sections which are overlong but the timelines analysed to give a window of opportunity for abduction are interesting. From page 20 onwards.

You have answered a question i did not ask.

In reply to your post to me about me not having all the facts i ask you once more do you have all the facts relating to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann?

oh and can you tell me how the McCann's are not suspects when according to the archive report they failed to demonstrate their innocence?
