You are being deliberately obtuse.

I have never accepted that forum references or blogs are a primary source of facts when all they offer is opinion.  I greatly regret that this forum seems to have reversed its policy in this regard, to its detriment.

Wright offered the fact that posters on a forum were discussing kidnapping the twins.  Edwards and Redblossom are offering only opinion from forums that the McCanns are liars.

Spot the difference!

It is you who is being obtuse

Michael Wright cited a forum as evidence that Amaral's book had incited threats against the McCann's children

Whether or not it is a   'fact'  that some despicable on-line conversation took place, it was certainly  NOT  a 'fact'  that it was  'incited'  by Amaral's book

Do you accept that  ?

You are changing the discussion by introducing a new element.  That is known as a strawman argument.

Whether or not Amaral's book had any influence on the forum discussion about kidnapping the twins has nothing to do with the fact that the discussion took place.  It also has nothing to do with Edwards and Redblossom offering anti forums opinion as "evidence" for Edwards' claim that the McCanns are liars.

There it is then  ...  if  forum  'sources'  suit your stated postion you will validate them

If  they do not,  you will  dismiss them  as worthless

It's always struck me as strange that Almeida never made any reference in his report to 'forced' or 'jemmied' shutters, and he thought the Mccanns were guilty.

How could he  ?  ....  the McCanns never made any such claims to the  Police

It was friends and family who were  given that particular narrative ...   before the McCanns had  even set foot inside a police station

Forum gossip

Irrelevant ...

It is well documented both in witness statements and in relatives going on TV the next day to say the mccanns had told them the shutters had been forced/jemmied..hardly forum gossip!

Take your blinkers off chinagirl for  a change might do you good lol

The  mccanns are definitely proven liars even if in the most part its so subtle but still detectable, and proven, sorry if it offends ur sensibilities, change them lol, might save you from the shock in the future lol and oh dear
I don't seriously think that you can believe that Kate and Gerry have not told the odd white lie along the way.
Whilst being in the glare of the public eye, as well as having their words analysed by total morons, it must be almost essential, to tell the odd lie. So what?

Now where does is it say parents should leave their children in unlocked accommodation for prolonged periods whilst they wine and dine ?

On page 124 of Kate McCann's book, Madeleine, she writes this:

"On the afternoon of Friday 11 May, a paralegal [unnamed], accompanied by a barrister [also unnamed], flew out to Portugal...After examining the proximity of the Tapas restaurant to Apartment 5A, the barrister first of all assured us that our behaviour could not be deemed negligent and was indeed 'well within the bounds of reasonable parenting'...it was reassuring to hear..."

Typical from the Mccanns.

After the event..............................

None of the links you have posted here is evidence that the McCanns are liars, as you have claimed.  They atre nothing but opinion posted on internet forums and of novalue whatsoever as EVIDENCE.

You need to do a lot better than that.

That's just being obtuse. The links themselves detail all the evidence of lying, you have to look past your prejudices of where they are and who wrote them.  If you think I'm just going to reinvent the wheel by retyping all the points just so you can see them out of the original context, you have another think coming.

I find it incredible that they are using one incident by some nutter to try and establish a widespread threat.
De troothe has the annoying habit of coming to the surface just when you least expect it!!

Je ne regrette rien!!
