Did he have anything to say about the death of Jason Arday?  Did he express any regrets, condolences, sympathies?  Or is he only concerned about himself?

Regrets? By VS logic, liars should never be exposed. Just incase they decide to kill themselves. Cofnas should have forseen that Arday would top himself & kept the crime a secret. Lying = Acceptable. Exposing Liars = Too risky. Somebody think of the poor liars feelings.

My Grandfather?s brother spent years in Changi Prison.  I think he was in the Royal Artillery.  I used to play with his cap badge as a child as I always fancied being a soldier.  I probably would have identified as non-binary back then if I knew such a thing even existed, instead I was just a common or garden tomboy.

I ran away to sea when I was 18 and joined The Wrens as an Air Mechanic.  Her Majesties Navy didn't discriminate, although Wrens were paid half what the men were paid.  But that was okay because we never had to pay if we were taken out to dinner.

Is he obliged to? If so, why?  Am I supposed to express sympathy? Does a narcissist who lied his way to success & attempted to have investigative journalists sued & arrested for exposing him, before selfishly abandoning his family by topping himself, does he deserve sympathy? Can you explain your reasoning?
he?s not obliged to no, but it would perhaps have revealed a shred of common decency, one does tend to offer sympathies and condolences towards the bereaved and especially in a case where your own racially motivated investigation has been the trigger for that ultimate suicide.  I mean, if it were me I?d be feeling wretched about it, no matter what had gone before, no matter whether or not I was thought to have been in any way responsible.

Why doesn't DEI include White people Then? Being White is a protected characteristic. Or at least it supposed to be but isnt.
And I haven't once said that I 'hate' black people. Stop lying, or you might end up lynching yourself if anyone finds out.
You may not have used the word hate but you have certainly said you dislike them and have singled out blacks above all other races for your contempt.  You have also suggested that all blacks, including second or third generation blacks and mixed race individuals with black and white British heritage be expelled from the country which sounds pretty hateful to me.  And you still haven?t explained what ills have befallen you at the hands of a black man or woman, what did they do to you to make you so bitter towards them?  Would you refuse to be treated by a black doctor or nurse, or rescued by a black firefighter, or use public transport operated by a black driver, or eat food prepared by blacks, or respect a black police officer who came to your assistance?  Do you view ordinary law abiding black and mixed race people (ie the majority of blacks in the UK) as a scourge on our society and if so why?

That is not what I think nor what I have said, once again you build a strawman argument.  Poor show.

I told you. Some people don't like Marmite. Some people don't like spiders. I'm just not that keen on black people. What's the problem with That?

You're blaming Cofnas, for Arday killing himself. Cofnas didn't make Arday plagiarise. He didn't make Arday lie. That was Ardays choice entirely. Same as it was when he killed himself.

I haven't once said that I hate black people. You can check my posts. You won't find me saying that. Everyone is entitled to like, dislike or favour certain things. Institutions in the UK are very keen on diversity. I am simply not & I refuse to pretend to like things, when really I don't, just for the sake of political correctness. It would be completely dishonest of me to claim otherwise. Arday heavily critiqued Whiteness. That was his field of expertise. Lying & blaming everything on White people. Well, I'm not going to lie by pretending I like blackness.

There's usually a good reason why people don't like things - they don't like Marmite because they don't like the taste, that's a rational reason.  Not liking spiders is largely irrational, especially in this country as most spiders here cannot harm you and are far more afraid of us than we are of them.  Is your dislike of black people based on the fact that you're afraid of them and they're just not to your taste?  I've several times invited you to give examples of all the bad things black people have done to you personally and your refusal to share this information tends to suggest that there aren't any examples, that no black person has ever harmed you, your family or your possessions either physically, emotionally or any other way.  You feel threatened and fearful of them, but largely because of what you've read or heard about in the media, not through any personal experience. Would I be right in arriving at this conclusion?

No. I don't really like spiders. Spiders have done nothing to me personally. But I'm not afraid of them. I tend to pick them up with a tissue & drop them in the garden. I do not feel threatened or fearful of spiders. I just don't like them very much.

It's not a simple case of one person is to blame for this.  It is multi-faceted and complex, but I know trolls don't do nuance and complexity.  I mainly hold the media responsible for the relentless pile on - it was front page news of the Times for 4 weeks. Nearly 40 articles before his death.  There's no way of knowing if he read them all, but he would surely have been aware of the intense media interest in a story which had me puzzling at the time "why is this such big news, still, weeks later?"

Yes, Cofnas was the trigger, and yes he was motivated by racism which is not a good look,  but he was perfectly entitled to uncover the fraud and report it,  so yes Arday is also responsible for the situation he found himself in because he should not have lied and plagiarised.  And ultimately Cambridge University is responsible for not doing their due diligence into Arday's CV and outlandish claims.  The man was clearly a fantasist and out of his depth and never should have been appointed in the first place.  DEI is therefore also to blame, as a construct which rewards people not on merit but on their protected characteristics.

All that said, and taking into account basic humanity and decency I would expect at the very least that all those directly involved in the process of either bigging him up or bringing him down to express some regret and offer condolences to the deceased and his family, who really did not deserve this outcome, nor the weeks of intense pressure and scrutiny that led to the final outcome which extended even beyond the point of his resignation.   There was no let up then, and it appears no let up now.  It's as if they (the media)  want to hang his corpse from a lamppost for the mob to keep on bashing.  PS: this is the self-same media that certain individuals (naming no names) believe is complicit in covering for the establishment, that never report the truth and protecting the high ups.

What is it about them that you don't like?  Is it simply inexplicable, irrational?  Is that a good basis for disliking 1.5 billion people worldwide?  "I just don't like them very much".  It's silly isn't it?

Not really. Many black people don't like White people much either.

I have no sympathy for Ardays family. There is simply no way they didn't know he was full of tall stories.
