The archiving summary is evidence that the PJ and the Portuguese judiciary agree that Gerry could not have been Smithman, it's really as simple as that.  I don't know why you have to get so abusive about it.  Perhaps you're a little narked?

What specifically is in the files that convinces you beyond doubt that the McCanns did it then?  Is it just the statement given by Mr Smith 4 months after the event, or is there something else you wish to present to us for consideration?

Point to where I said it was, I am simply pointing out what morons and retards the PJ and the Portuguese Judiciary are because they clearly concluded that Gerry was not Smithman.

She could have wandered off, through the sliding patio doors, in fact many people believe that she did, unlikely but as a parent I would have certainly conducted a search first.  None of the others seemed to think searching was a dumb idea, nor did the OC staff who also went out searching, as did the police when they arrived.  It's what you do when your child goes missing, you look for them.  They might have found her in the arms of an abductor or walking around aimlessly after being dumped somewhere by someone who had taken her.  Who knows, but you don't just sit still and hope she'll come back of her own accord.

LOL, it's unlikely you being so coy.  One of the waiters said the alarm was raised at 9.20pm.  That's evidence.  Do you believe he's right too?

Gerry claimed Kate left at 10:03pm (without looking at his watch) & was in the apartment for 10 mins.
So according to Gerry, alarm at 10:13pm. Your original claim that the guests all gave 10pm is false.

No she couldn't. The rear stairs were blocked by the child gate which was locked with a child lock & which Kate & Gerry said Maddie couldn't have opened herself. Her only means of escape was via the window.
