I think you nearly got it G-unit! http://miscarriageofjustice.co/index.php?topic=7060.msg318179#msg318179
Did you ever think Arlindo is talking about a different table to the Tapas 9?  3 couples not 4 and no one left after the table cleared.  Too early for Kate's alert.

This one is even better http://miscarriageofjustice.co/index.php?topic=3976.msg362067#msg362067  You have referenced Jeronimo talking to Arlindo, is that right?  Arlindo is asked to ring the police?  Did I get that right?  No he was asked to ring the restaurant??? But they were already at the restaurant!

Think on this evidence. Two people missing at 9.10pm. Mrs Carpenter is alleged to have heard someone calling 'Madeleine' some time between 9.15-9.30pm. The chef finds the table empty at 9.40pm......

Compare the 'official' evidence.

Gerry and Jane checking at 9.10pm. Dianne in the loo? (she said she visited it) so three couples at the table. An empty table with belongings on it? Dianne left the belongings when she went to 5A the first time, then went back for them.

All things are possible at the moment.  I'm thinking we need to go back to the bookings at the Tapas Restaurant that night and see if there was another table booked for 3 couples.  Could the place where the Tapas 9 were seated be called the "esplanade".
Different number of couples.
Different place (location of the table).
Different time for the alert.
Clothing left behind (I haven't heard of that for the Tapas 9).
No Dianne Webster  (If she went to the loo it was not after the alert for her job was to be there if Madeleine was found in the area.)

Looking at the photo where was the cooking done?  In the bar area or not?

So why are you asking all the questions about an intruder?

I don't believe there was one.

Haven't you cottoned on to that one yet ?

Do you agree the crime scene was staged?  If you do what parts were staged?

In what respect are you saying staged, and whom are you referring to ?

As is stated in Tavares' report.  Whoever staged it has not been determined AFAIK.

What is evident, is there is no evidence that anyone could be charged with.

The rest is supposition.

They should have waited for the decisions from the police authorities, there is strong evidence that the crime scene was altered, some furniture was moved around.

Those changes are indications of simulation.

What is evident, is there is no evidence that anyone could be charged with.

The rest is supposition.
Supposition from experienced investigators you might add.

But do you agree there was a simulation? As he says "Those changes are indications of simulation".  Do you agree?

@ G-Unit Do you know of the booking sheet for the Tapas Restaurant?

I do. It's in the files.

Dianne, I said, may have visited the Ladies at 9.10. After the others left she followed, leaving items at the table which she went back to collect; Rachael's jacket, a camera and a baby monitor were mentioned.

The cooking was done in the restaurant but next door to the bar.  The restaurant and bar are seperate but closely placed buildings.
