Upon arriving at the farmhouse following the discovery of the bodies Detective Inspector Miller said he was,

“quite amazed to find a lot of press people there and that a press announcement had already been made saying that this women had killed all of her family - that’s as much as I knew and I was instructed to clear things up at the house and prepare a file for the coroner”

”Jeremy Bamber’s girlfriend at the time of the tragedy’s said that he’d discussed ways of getting rid of the family and I think the turning point for her was her conscience getting the better of her and she felt she had to unburden it to us but I think she’d overheard him talking to an old flame on the phone at the time they we’re going out together and felt a bit as though she were a jilted lover as it were”

It’s unfortunate DI Miller said the above

JM appears to have gone to the police because she recognised she had been or was being emotionally and psychologically abused by Bamber, things weren’t adding up and his disturbed personality most probably scared her

It was logged as 03:36 but for years Bamber argued that it was 03:26 even going so far as to accuse PC West or perjury and wanting him prosecuted. Then someone had the idea that Nevill made a call to the police, now he saying 03:36 is the correct time. I told him in order to claim this, he was altering what he had said from the beginning and he didn't like it. He thinks people are stupid and that they might not notice the total turnaround.

He’s an opportunist. He discovered the 10 minute difference discrepancy and turned it into two separate phone calls — he’s definitely a tad thick.

Didn’t the patrol car set off at approximately 03:36 too? Or within just minutes of that?  That was logged too, and they reached WHF very soon after that. Does JB expect people to believe that maybe he phoned the police at 03:15 and they didn’t send an emergency response, blue lights blazing immediately? They waited 20 minutes while sipping tea and eating biscuits??
