It was my thought that no one would have noticed him driving about at 10-11pm as it wouldn't be unusual. 

I like to believe that his final act to get himself in the headlines will be to confess and solve all the mysteries.

I hope so but in doing so, it will leave him with nothing.

Am I right in saying that someone saw NB moving the last load with the tractor at about 10.30pm?

In the interests of wild speculation, is it impossible for Bamber to have sneaked back in while Nevill was out ( or he never left ) - gone upstairs, shot them all and then waited for NB to come back,, ambushing him upstairs and then bolting the door shut, climbing out the window and driving home? Did any of his neighbours see his car outside Goldhanger before say 11pm?

I think that would be a good explanation which would explain how he got the drop on Nevill but it couldn't have worked like that because Nevill was in his pyjamas and must have already been in or getting into bed.

Bamber may have returned and hid in the house or made an excuse for his return and while Nevill i occupied in the shower he completes part of his plan and lays in wait for Nevill. Nevill's trousers are part of the articles laid on the floor soaking up his blood.

I think he did call from GH and he was seen leaving the farm by The Foakes's. He would know how much time he had to get home call Julie and get back. That's what I think happened - it gets Nevill out of the way as he wwould need all his concentration to deal with him.

He’s either becoming increasingly  confused after being bombarded by the CT with all their different conflicting scenarios, including JB’s contradictories in his 15 page letters he probably receives every day, or he’s already lost interest and can’t be bothered to read through the 14 million documents Jeremy wants him to look study.

I definitely think he killed them earlier too — especially going by Sheila’s stomach contents.

I also think he took that rifle with him before returning. He had ample opportunity throughout the day to put it in the boot of his car with the cartridges. He probably thought he’d only need one cartridge, and that’s why it went awry when he had to reload and the fight took place in the kitchen. He probably hid it under some bushes nearby so he could collect it when he returned on June’s bicycle.

Interestingly, at around 10pm a neighbour who lived nearby — and whose house Jeremy had to drive past to get home — said he heard one gunshot about 500 yards away coming from a field. It would have been the same time Jeremy was in the area, driving home. I wonder if he stopped and did one quick practice shot?

I suspect that was Jeremy having one quick practice shot as he hid the rifle to collect on his return.

Apparently, he went out like a light once his head hit the pillow, and he had slept in the bed as the pillow has his head imprint and his socks were on the floor.

Jeremy would have allowed time for all this, then after ending his call to Julie and setting the video to record programmes he had no interest in (and which he later tripped up about to the police), I bet he put his wetsuit on, put a jumper and jeans on top, cycled off at about 11:30, picked up the hidden rifle & cartridges, then continued the 500 yards or so through fields or unlit roads and then broke in through the window.

He probably killed them all around about midnight or 1am. That would have given him time to cycle back in just his jeans and jumper, then he probably paced around after having another shower to be on the safe side, and had to steel himself to make the phone call to the police.  As he was nervous that’s possibly why he phoned Julie first. He needed a bit of normality, if that makes sense. He must have been hyper as hell.

If JB committed the murders some hours before the claimed tel call from NB wouldn't it have been obvious the victims had been dead for longer to those at soc and the two pathologists who had access to soc images?

Conversely JB could not have know the police would delay entry so how would he explain NB alive at circa 3.30 am if he had been dead for some 4 hours?

CC said when he stayed at WHF NB went to bed before June.
