I would like to see a full chain of custody of the hair.

Im questioning if CB was the perp why the forensic evidence amounts to a single hair.

Salivia?
Perspiration?
Skin cells?
Numerous head and body hairs?
DNA under victim's fingernails if she attempted to fight off?

I was speaking to an Austrian friend who I haven't seen for a long time. He knew all about it and said they've got that German guy who did it.

How can you think he's innocent... Surely you don't have enough information to reach such a decision

How do you think the rape came to light. The informants described the rape and gave details. The PJ I believe looked through their cases and found one that matched the description. The rape happened in PDL and a hair found in the victims bed matched CB. I think that's good evidence

Perhaps if they have CBs DNA in 5a you will argue the cat brought it in

His body hair in the victim’s bed and his modus operandi described by the victim matching that given some years later by Brückner’s associates who saw him raping on a video.  If you can provide a satisfactory explanation for both of those then I’m all ears.

As I said I would like to see a robust chain of custody for the hair.  Why didn't CB's associates take the vids to the authorities.  No one has seen these vids.  Martin Brunt tried to chase them down to no avail.

The men who saw the vids?  Are you referring to CB's criminal associates who started talking with the police when they were arrested under suspicion of carrying out various crimes?

Re the hair, how many more times, I would like to see a robust chain of custody.  Was the hair sent to Germany for DNA analysis or did PJ send a profile or what?

No reason for BKA to visit Portugal.  If the evidence is compelling PJ can carry out searches and/or carry out any other work on the ground.  Would UK Home Office allow another country's law enforcement to start carrying out searches etc on the ground in UK?  Would Germany allow PJ to carry out searches etc in Germany?
