Why hasn’t he been charged with possessing child porn images?  I know you only get a slap on the wrist for it these days but surely there’s enough evidence for this charge to stick?  Or is it “case dismissed “ because of the way the evidence was obtained?  In any case CB’s fan club need reminding that this is a man who collected thousands of depraved images of children for his own use and to share on the dark web so they might want to ask themselves why they are so apparently smug about him evading justice for these crimes.

Because McCann supporters don't like Christian Brueckner. I am therefore obliged to like him & excuse his 'alleged' sexual offences & support his right to the presumption of innocence just as much as you do the McCanns. Now if you wouldn't mind, please stop accusing Brueckner of offences he didn't commit BY LAW, respect his innocence & stop defaming him with your libellous accusations. It is against forum rules.

The point remains, maybe the stories put about in the media don't exactly match the evidence.

Certainly some tall stories have been told. Jon Clarke claimed that a partial finger print belonging to Brueckner was found on a knife at the Hazel B 'alleged' crime scene. This was never reported on during the trial or in any other media. Either someone in German law enforcement was feeding him rubbish or he himself made the whole thing up.

Bottom line is, HCW played his hand. If 'evidence' wasn't presented at this most recent trial, it's not to keep it in his arse pocket for a future charge for something different, it means it doesn't exist or it's been ruled out as inadequate.
Try nailing CB with images of abuse if it wasn't found on his person or doesn't have any corroborative evidence, foresic or otherwise, linking it to him aside from hearsay.
The magic knife either never existed or the partial print isn't his.
This is also a case of all witness testimony used at the trial is fruit from the poisionous tree; tainted by mid-trial untruths being uncovered, thus the whole barrel is rotten.

It's the very definition of a legal busted flush. How it got to trial is anyone's guess, given the notoriously high bar apparently in place for pre-charge screening in Germany. They are very proud of their conviction rate.
Let's not forget one opf the judges warned everyone mid-trial that the trial was a sham due to the paucity of evidence - it was that bad, almost unprecedented.

Quote from John [page 8]

So are we all agreed that we have learned very little in the past 16 years about Madeleine's disappearance?

I believe this seems the case today.

It also seems on YouTube and elsewhere more people are questioning the mccs account of events.

Interesting read ...of observations of those first on the scene when Maddie was eventually reported missing.

Ooh yes let’s all start re-reading ancient blogs by anonymous “sauces”, I’m sure they’ll tell us everything we want to hear and more about whooshing curtains, flip-flops and eggmen, the praying like Arabs, the swearing on the airport bus, not to mention those dastardly smiles and balloons outside the church.  Did I mention the lichen on the windowsill and the change of earrings? The damning evidence is all there!

Why don't you let us know then all the evidence you know about CB being an abductor.

Or even have proof there was an abduction....apart though from say so accounts or verbal

If I knew ALL thr evidence I’d be sure to tell you.  I do however only know about the evidence which has been reported in the media, and there is sufficient for me to form the opinion that he is a strong suspect.  Now, feel free to dismiss that evidence and concentrate on all the evidence which you believe points to the McCanns and I will dismiss it all as easily as you dismiss the evidence against Bruckner.  Funnily enough the law enforcement professionals all seem to agree with my position on this too, must be a big international conspiracy to protect the McCanns I expect.

And idiot (the troll, not you).  It is not libellous to refer to Bruckner as a criminal, a rapist, a paedophile and an abuser and I will continue to refer to him as such as legally he has been found to be all of those things.  Libel is when you tell lies about someone and I haven’t told any lies about that odious creep.

Yes, he is a rapist, but he didn't rape Hazel B, nor did he indecently expose himself in a children's playground. He's been tried & found not guilty of both alleged acts & it's completely wrong to accuse him of being guilty of such.

He is also to be presumed innocent of any involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance. He is precisely the same level of innocence as the McCanns are. So enough accusing him of murdering Maddie. It is libel.

That's all there is. Brueckner 'confessed' to Helge Bushcing & some other crook. There's no dna, no forensics, nothing material, just bogus confessions. VS will never accept this though, even though it's obvious to the rest of the world that that is all Wolters has. Hobo Jackanory, as the General said.

I'm always careful. I usually do a quick spell check before I post that Martin Smith didn't identify Brueckner.

It’s not libellous to say I view CB as a strong suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.  I have never stated he murdered her, but in my opinion it’s quite likely he did.  I would suggest reporting this post if voicing the exact same opinion that HCW has voiced in the world’s media is breaking UK law.    @)(++(*
