A log grabber was laying in the door opening to the right side below a wall outlet. This metal iron rusty tool has prongs to grab logs. The Ramsey never use the first floor fire place so the tool was put in storage in the wine cellar.

JonBenet had rust color marks on two sides of her head. The location was at the jaw bone hinge. Two more marks that match the log grabber were at her temple.

The killer spent lots of time hurting JonBenet that night.

The white tent cord.

If you were to retie the two white cords use in the crime, you will find that will measuring 96 inch long. of 8 feet long.

If you study the cord in a lab, you will find the cuts were made with a jaded blade.

If you count the ends Four then one will find one end that has been melted to keep the cord from fraing.

The cord length had more that one uses in this crime.

The design of a log grabber is to life logs. The design put major force at the tips witch can three prongs, One prong at one side and two on the other. The shape and size of the prongs are 1/4 inch X 1/4 inch at its points. The metal rusty tool was found right near JonBenet body that day. The two mark match the shape of the two mark on JonBenet temporal lobs.

The jaw bone hinge and the temporal lobs are pressure points that the killer use.

Presure on the Jaw bone joint with the two prong lag grabber could be used to keep JonBenet open in this crime. Think about this fact.

Pressure on both side of the temporal lobs in the thinnest place in the skull and would cause great paint to control JonBenet in this crime.

Two matching marks on each side of her skull at two places. Temple and jaw hinge.

The side that has two prongs in the log grabber matcher the distance that many think was a stun gun. One location was on her back.

Log Grabber found in door, right side, under electoral box in wine cellar.

The concrete floor was wet in the leaking water. This metal tool was rusty. This matches the official report.

JonBenet has more damage to one side of here body that the other side noted in the official report.

When the head is tip to the right, Any item that was putting pressure to JonBenet skin will show up as a larger mark that the left side.
One sample are the two places where a log grabber was used.
The right side had mere pressure than the left side at these two location because here head was tip to that direction.

The report call the color a rusty color in these areas,

This shows up very well in the crime scene photo.

It been said that the problem with this case is that the Boulder police and other put there mind to a idea and lock in on the idea. Overlooking other importance face as not importance if it does not support there idea of the case.

Many experts have noted this in people, They chose only what fits their thinking and overlook other importance facts if it does not supports their thinks to what has happen.

In our lab, we must check all ideas and go by the case facts..

Profile:

She was killed right after the 911 call was place.

Case information support this statement.

That is sixteen hours after JonBenet was found at 1:05 pm and the corner noted her condition. About 10:00 pm on the 26th.

Time of death 10:00 pm on the 25th to 6:00 am on the 26th is the experts time frame of death using Rigor mortis.

We must use case information here.

At the moment of death, the muscles relax completely
A condition called "primary flaccidity."
The muscles then stiffen, perhaps due to coagulation of muscle proteins or a shift in the muscle's energy containers (ATP-ADP), into a condition known as rigor mortis.
All of the body's muscles are affected.

Rigor mortis begins within two to six hours of death,

starting with the eyelids, neck, and jaw. This sequence may be due to the difference in lactic acid levels among different muscles, which corresponds to the difference in glycogen levels and to the different types of muscle fibers.

Over the next four to six hours, SIX HOURS

rigor mortis spreads to the other muscles, including those in the internal organs such as the heart.

The onset of rigor mortis is more rapid if the environment is cold and if the decedent had performed hard physical work just before death. Its onset also varies with the individual's age, sex, physical condition, and muscular build.

This what happen to JonBenet.- more rapid if the environment is cold and if the decedent had performed hard physical work just before death.

Jonbenet was place in a unheated wine cellar with the weather strip door closed. She was there for many hours.

At 1:05 pm she was located and move to the second floor the was a heated floor.

This chart is for 70 d room temperature.
A colder room will speed the times up.

Approximate times for algor and rigor mortis in temperate regions

Body temperature Body stiffness Time since death
warm not stiff dead not more than three hours
warm stiff dead 3 to 8 hours
cold stiff dead 8 to 36 hours
cold not stiff dead more than 36 hours

Under the conditions at the Ramsey's house. JonBenet was dead for Six hours at the time of 1:05 pm.

The killer needed a place in the house to print the ransom note and not be seen. Sun Room.

From there he could monitor the house.

Light Post was disabled

"As the police search the house, other police fanned out to canvass the neighborhood and conduct more interviews. A resident directly to the south reported that the light pole was off in the southeast corner near the sun room of the Ramsey home and thought that was odd because it was the only time she was aware in the past few years that it was not on all night. A neighbor to the north would say that the butler kitchen lights were on around midnight and considered that unusual since it was the first time he had noticed that light being on in the Ramsey home. A third neighbor, to the west, said that her dogs, who would barked at anyone walking through the alleyway, just as they did when the police officer came to question her, made no noise Wednesday night that she could remember."

It took 30 minutes to print the Ransom note.

Ransom Note - Page One - Dog-Earing

Page One of ransom note -
bottom left Dog-Ear

The Ransom Note was printed on white paper taken from the middle of a note pad of paper located at Ramsey’s' home and printed with a old marker found in side a can located in the kitchen. Additional sheets were missing from the note pad and was never located at the crime scene. The marker used to write the Ransom Note was sourced to an out of production marker was found placed in with other pens in a normal place for pens by the kitchen phone. Also, there was another page in the note pad that was written on it "Mr. and Mrs. I," which many experts believe to have been an early "false start" of the Ransom Note.

The crime scene techs inside the house had recovered three Sharpie felt-tip pens from an orange metal container that was on the kitchen counter beneath the telephone from which Patsy called 911 that day, The ransom note came from a note pad on a counter top near by, the U.S. Secret Service had determined that one of those pens, a pre-November 1992 water- based ink Sharpie marker, was used to write both the practice and actual ransom notes. The Secret Service, which maintains a database on inks because of federally mandated assignment to locate forgers. The ink on the ransom notes was unique in the collection of approximately 6,900 ink standards from the Ink Library.

The JBI profile predict that the killer brought the markers to the crime scene because he uses this type of water base safe ink on his art work, leaving the markers there to set up the family. The Sharpie marker was about 5 inches long just like the broken paint stick use in this crime. The killer Dog-Ear the first page of the ransom note to keep track of page one as he moves around the house and completed the note. JBI testing shows it takes about 30 minutes to print the ransom note.

Now, what does Boulder Police say about this case.

Official statement...
Testa said he has no plans to reignite the investigation into Boulder’s most famous cold case, the killing of Jon Benet Ramsey.
“There is no goal or move to take that in front of a grand jury any time soon,” he said.

Now you may see why out side lab is needed.......

After Patsy Ramsey read a few lines in the Ransom note, She called 911.

Patsy had on a fresh new outfit that she ware to the Christmas diner the night before. Red and White, very Christmas.

She and the family was to get up early and take there own air plane here to Michigan for a Christmas in Michigan with the whole family. The a family trip on the Big Red Boat.

RED is Red boulder police and the RDIs say. If it red then it is red. FACT we think, we are RDI people.

The black duct tape pulled from JonBenet by her farther at 1:05 pm on the 26th was tested. Fibers were found.

Boulder police look at crime scene photos and seen the Patsy had on a RED and White Christmas outfit on. So RED is RED and it look like a match, we have picture to look at they said.

Now that said, Are you saying the only red fibers came off the close red and white top?
Boulder Police thinks so. Just red no white.

Now a full one year goes by and they may get changes on that so they ask Pasty do you still have the red and white outfit you ware a year ago?
She said, I don't remember, so they went back to the photos to see what they ware that day.

Days later they find this outfit and give it to the police.

Only red fibers when she was wearing a two color top.

It like they over look the white color id it does not math their thinking.

So many time this has happen in this cold case.

We would make that mistake here in this lab Facts are Facts and red and white is red and whit not just red.

The question is, what could our lab do that other have not done on the very cold case?

If this lab could do something that could solved this case, what would you used?

Our Fingerprint Development Chamber was developed
exclusively for the UK Home Office Research Group.

The Fingerprint Development Chamber (FDC) is now used by almost every Police Force in the United Kingdom.
The chamber is also used across the globe with customers ranging from the Victoria Police Force, Australia, Special Anti-Crime Unit of Trinidad and Tobago through to the FBI in the USA.

Victory was printed in the Ransom Note.

To our knowledge Boulder police has keep this a in house case.
One example is a small group wanted to produce a first time Crime Stoppers Poster to develop any new leads. We know some one knows some thing about this case. If we give them a safe way to tell what they know about who did this, this case can be solved like other cases each year.

The poster would use the phone number of closest Crime Stoppers organization as this is the standard.

When contacting Boulder Police for a review, they said "they will do nothing".

Other that work the case and now support the local Crime Stoppers said there hands are tied be cause they would like the office of the Boulder Police to give them a ok to support a new poster for JonBenet Ramsey.

The group has not produce the new JonBenet Crime Stopper poster because the local Crime Stopper phone number was not approved for the poster.

So this mean that JonbBenet Ramsey can not have a crime Stopper Poster because they well told by member in house, the family di it.

This is a very cold case for the Boulder Police but not for others this year.

John Ramsey produce a poster back then a officer $1000.000.00 reward on it. They used the hot line phone number and the local crime stoppers phone number to.
The Ramsey's were contacted and ask by a seace and assist order to stop using the local crime stopper phone number on the post because the did not support the money amount over #1,000.00 at that time.

Today, this mean that the Boulder Police want to keep this case 100% in house with no chance of, "We Will Do Nothing" there official statement this year.

This is the office of the Boulder Police.

Now you ask your self why?

Cold case, yes it is. and now you know a little more be hind the scenes.

We will produce a new first time Crime Stopper poster to help this cold case, but a national or other state hot line will have to be used because of no support by Boulder Police on this poster.

I just don't understand their thinking.
