Awwwww folks I write with tears in my eyes at the Jeremy Bamber Fanclub's latest 'Christmas With Jeremy' video.  The toast and jam bit had the tears dripping from my chin.

I should add the tears were of laughter!

Absolutely Centaur hun ...... pathetic is the word. Jeremy would be a rich man now eating all the Crimbo dinners he wanted if he hadn't murdered children in their sleep.

Nice music though . Foodwise better then the fare he might get if he got out on parole and was existing in a cardboard box under the railway arches somewhere. Or spam and fritters with lookout ?

A bit harsh although I suppose that if he had been locked up in some states in the US they might be just about getting round to giving him a Christmas present of the lethal injection now that he has exhausted every avenue of appeal against his conviction. Personally, I am strongly against the death penalty which I think just lowers the rest of society to the level of killers like Bamber. I hope, but am not too optimistic, that in 2013 Bamber and his supporters will face up to reality and that he will accept his guilt. He needs to have the guts to apologise to all those members of the family he has harmed and allow them some closure after all these years. Maybe, maybe that could open the door to some sort of closely supervised release after a period of rehabilitation but perhaps not before he reaches 60 years of age.

Bamber should be given the option to top himself and donate his organs. A tiny glimmer of redemption.

Would you accept donated organs from a child killer?

I wondered where my loaf had gone.
Can't they just take JB's organs now? He might as do some good out of all of this.

OMFG Jo did you really say that!!!!!!  @)(++(*  @)(++(*
Would Bamber have to be put down first or do they just start taking his organs while he is alive?

Other than my EX-favourite Shona The Wench's comment about Buddy and me 'bumming' there have been some crackingly funny posts in the last few days! Great humour folks .... something glaringly absent from Tesko Towers; I mean Gladys is actually considered funny over there and not the pompous pilchard we all know him to be!

my answer to that would be a resounding no and not in any circumstances.  there are just some things not worth compromising on.

Well, god forbid, if my life, or more importantly the life of someone I loved, depended on a transplanted organ, I wouldn't question the source. It's never going to be a brain, they can't do that. But if it's a kidney, or a liver, or a heart....f..king go for it. I would actually feel guilty if a pig had to sacrifice it's life for me, but not a dead-eyed b........ like Bamber.
