It's all email Caroline.  He could respond within 24hrs if necessary.

You can email him, he can't email you - prisoners don't have access to email.

You’re wrong.  He can email back as the facility for an electrical reply was requested when I sent his email.

I have paid for my email to him and I have paid for a reply through email.

As soon as he’s given access to reply, he can, by email.

Everybody on here is adamant that they know everything.

Guys, you continue to put out false information.  It has to stop.

I just Googled and you’re right, Ag

However, he can’t reply on a computer; he has to write his reply to your email on paper, and then the prison staff check it and email it to you

It says that as it’s Bank Holiday things will be slower, so you probably won’t hear until later next week

Do you think he will be surprised to hear from you after all this time?  And do you think he’ll respond straight away?

I doubt JB will make his own decision as to whether or not to get involved.  He will feel the need to consult with the CT who will undoubtedly veto it.

I think JB is particularly close/reliant upon Yvonne.
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

Do you think Bamber sees Yvonne as the easiest among the group to manipulate and coerce ?

Don’t know who Yvonne is, but most of his team seem to be women...

I know the ones I’ve seen all seem odd to me, and possibly they want to keep him there if they’re earning “fag money” and feel needed..

But they don’t control him — he controls them.

He manipulates, you must know that

I never felt manipulated.  It appeared to me he was very much controlled by the CT.

Bamber blogged and mentioned her recently and the media picked up on it

’Yvonne Hartley, a member of the official Jeremy Bamber Campaign, said:

We believe in Jeremy’s innocence. We were given access to the appeal documents in 2011 and we have evidence to undermine every aspect of the trial, such as the scene itself, entry and exit points.

Forensic science and document analysis have moved on considerably.

“We believe that the evidence we’ve got, when presented to a court, will overturn his conviction.”

Hello everyone,
Summer will soon be here, and with it we hope to have some extremely positive news. In the meantime, I thought I should give you an update as far as I can on what has been happening in the last few months.
People comment to me: “What’s happening? It’s all gone quiet”. Maybe on the surface it would appear this way but, in reality we have been extremely busy, and although in some instances I cannot be specific, I can give you an idea of the things that have been and are happening.
Firstly, in February Trudi and Philip attended the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) in London on miscarriages of Justice which was both interesting and informative. In March Trudi, Philip and I attended the Innovation of Justice a conference held at Cardiff University. This event was packed to the rafters with people affected by non-disclosure, and some familiar faces and friends of Jeremy’s attended. It was great to have a catch-up and gather lots of news, as well as many messages of support and best wishes that we were then able to give to Jeremy. Strategies were discussed on what we can do in the future to stop non-disclosure creating miscarriages of justice cases. Trudi, Philip and I were asked if we would like a stand where we could display case documents and brochures, and it proved to be extremely popular. Their next conference is in London on 22ndJune and Philip will be attending.
More of these events will be taking place in the coming months, including the United Against Injustice Conference in Liverpool on 12thOctober where Trudi will be speaking about Jeremy’s case. Watch this space for announcements of dates, times and places of other future events. It would be great to meet with as many of Jeremy’s supporters as possible, and we are sure you would gain a lot of insight from attending these events. We are very approachable and would be able to have a chat and answer any questions that you may have.
Philip has been very proactive in his efforts to organise an APPG regarding disclosure in Jeremy’s case, and a number of MP’s have shown an interest, and this will be organised as soon as possible.
I have been busy with my team of forensics experts, and we have brand new reports in place for the CCRC submissions. We also have reports pending, and some that should be commissioned within a few weeks regarding fresh evidence that has been uncovered recently. Please keep donating if you can, because the more reports we can present to the CCRC in support of our evidence the better. https://www.jeremy-bamber.co.uk/donate
The legal team are extremely active in their dialogue with the CPS, and I can say that things are moving in the right direction. We hope to have news updates for you very soon.
People also ask regularly how Jeremy is. I visited him last week with Philip, and I can tell you that he looks really well, is upbeat and excited at what the next few months hold. He asked us to express his gratitude to everyone who supports him, as you all help him stay focused on achieving justice.
Jeremy is still working hard on his case every day as always, and we are still uncovering fresh evidence from the documents Essex Police have disclosed, even though I am confident that we have now achieved the truth of every single issue surrounding the case. However, that’s not good enough for us, and we will not rest until we have all of the case documents, because we need to have the complete picture. We want to know what else Essex Police are hiding from us, and we know what is missing including witness statements, messages, photographs, reports and forensic documents to name a few. Our team will keep pushing to obtain these documents, so please, if you haven’t’ already done so, sign the petition here.
And contact your MP to ask for their support in achieving disclosure through joining our APPG. https://www.jeremy-bamber.co.uk/open-letter
Thank you all again and watch this space for exciting updates in the near future.

Re the above United Against Injustice (UAI) meeting & Trudi Benjamin
In Neil Wilby’s recent blog headed, ’A wolf in sheep’s clothing’ he’s made reference to both the Bamber case and Trudi Benjamin

Excerpts
United Against Injustice?
To complete the circle, amongst the other speakers on the day was Trudi Benjamin, lead campaigner for Jeremy Bamber. Irrespective of the merits, hers was a genuinely awful presentation, amounting to a boring, flat-tone monologue, read from a script.

The full article can be read here https://neilwilby.com/2020/05/19/a-wolf-in-sheeps-clothing/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

Further excerpt from Neil Wilby’s blog above

‘How UAI selects its patrons, runs its organisation, and its long-standing and well respected conference is, of course, entirely a matter for Kevin McMahon and his co-officials. Who am I to question them? But condoning, or failing to challenge, the type of behaviour reported upon here – and giving encouragement to cases that are repeatedly clogging up the criminal appeal system would be matters of public concern – and ones they should address in open space.

McMahon is, of course, familiar with the Court of Appeal, having failed to overturn a conviction for doing an act tending to, and intended to, pervert the course of justice. He was found guilty of the offence at Liverpool Crown Court in June, 2004 after the jury had heard there had been an attempt to interfere with a key witness, prior to an appeal hearing. He was sentenced to nine months imprisonment, suspended for two year

Seems she’s into the forensic side of things similar to you Holly

Yvonne Hartley
"Even though I was only 18 at the time, I remember quite clearly the tragedies that occurred at White House Farm from the media coverage the case attracted, although it wasn’t until I watched the television programme “Crimes that shook Britain” about the case that I felt an overwhelming need to write to Jeremy to express my concerns about his wrongful conviction and to offer my support.

It’s quite embarrassing to recall the content of my first letter to Jeremy where I thought I had spotted something previously missed by the Defence, and wrote pages of analysis of how I saw the case from the limited amount of material available on the internet.

Within a few days of posting the letter I received a lengthy reply back from Jeremy who explained some of the facts behind the issues I had raised and he thanked me for the time it had taken me to reach the conclusions I had expressed to him.

This letter is now a source of amusement both to Jeremy and myself and I keep telling him to throw it away to which he laughs, but he never belittles the content of it. Embarrassing as it may be to me now, this letter opened the door to a friendship which I cherish and also to the best job in the world.

Over the course of time our friendship developed. Jeremy has helped me work my way round a computer as I was clueless at first and has given me a confidence in my abilities which I didn’t even realise I had at first.

Jeremy is always willing to answer any questions about the case, which I raise and he does this with openness and honesty. Within a few months, and after much nagging by myself to let me help, Jeremy set me small research tasks which he was unable to do as he has no access to the internet and I felt proud to be able to help in this way, and from this beginning the work I do with Jeremy grew.

Some of the work we have covered has been difficult on an emotional level and has been distressing not just for myself but also for Jeremy. Yet his main concern was how I was dealing with it and constantly enquired if I was okay. That speaks volumes.

Killer Jeremy Bamber makes chilling coronavirus lockdown vow from prison 20th April 2020 by Andy Gardner & Matthew Young

He wrote in a blog: “We are, like all of you, following strict social distancing measures in the prison.

So, with the extra time for work in my cell, I’m preparing an additional project with the campaign admin Yvonne Hartley.

“We work really well on the case material together and there is a lot more coming to light.”

Yvonne, 53, said she last spoke to Bamber on Thursday in a phone call. She said: “We have come across new things whilst studying the material.

“The case is always evolving and we are still working on the Criminal Cases Review Commission appeal.”

Bamber’s legal team are preparing a submission to the CCRC in a desperate bid to get his case returned to the Court of Appeal.

They are first waiting to hear about a Judicial Review application against the Crown Prosecution Service, over claims prosecutors refused to disclose key documents to the defence during the 1986 trial.
