No he did not say where the photos came from. Bernt thought that Wolters was playing mind games with Friedrich. I like Bernt he seems intelligent and honest. He knows a lot about the case, but is forgetful and tends to ramble on. He seems to me to be a bit paranoid, as well.

Of course the defence would fight tooth and nail to keep the photographs, if they exist, out of court but as you yourself said they tried that once and were unsuccessful and a guilty verdict was reached.

I wouldn?t even try to guess Bernt motivations. He?s a charlatan. I said it when he published his book and nothing that he?s done since has convinced me otherwise. I?m surprised that you think he or his stories have any credibility tbh.

?in April 2022, Portugal formally made him (CB) an arguido. German authorities acting for the Portuguese investigation subsequently questioned him in prison about Madeleine. But he answered none of the questions, exercising his right to silence. Contemporary reporting described this as the first formal questioning of Br?ckner over Madeleine?s disappearance?.
Bruckner?s defence argued in court on the rape / sex abuse charges (unsuccessfully as it happens) that the evidence found in the search of his property was illegally obtained and his team would presumably use the same arguement again in any trial regarding his involvement in Madeleine?s disappearance.  It?s possible that the evidence could be deemed inadmissible in a future trial, particularly if it involved photographs, the authenticity and provenance of which may be difficult to prove.

2014 three locals were made Arguido and questioned by the Portuguese for OG with one question reported at the time did you kill Madeline, CB is just another Arguido added to the list.7 in total.It's still not been determined what has happened to MM.

Because it has absolutely no relevance to anything.  Would I have ignored my symptoms?  No.  Did I get good advice from Chat GPT as soon as they developed?  Yes.  Now what do you want to know?

I accept that he could be making it up but as I said before and will say again - it makes absolutely no sense for him to make up a story that flies in the face of his own daft theories and which potentially could get him in trouble with a lawyer, by lying about what he said.  That suggests to me that Fulscher probably did tell him something along those lines, that is a logical conclusion imo.  It also makes sense in the wider context - the Germans have said they have evidence which convinces them that Madeleine is dead and if we saw it we would be convinced too.  Now, feel free to ignore information which doesn?t suit you, at least to his credit Stellander acknowledged it and tried to make sense of it, even though it was not what he was hoping to hear from Fulscher.
