What you have posted is untrue and you surely  must know it.
The three statements I quoted from amaral are not open to debate but clearly  untrue.... So your claim that you wish to correct untrue statements is untrue and questions your motives and sincerety

It is your opinion that those three statements you quoted are untrue. You may or may not be correct. I don't know and I don't care because that's not what I'm discussing. I'm discussing claims by forum members posting on this site, end of.

Sunny's next cite request was from a statement Davel made.

Surrounding air and out through windows  and doors..remnant scent lasts in a completely sealed room but would not in one with open windows and doors....and certainly not an outside flower bed

Sunny's request:
Do you have a cite for the windows and doors being open and that remnant scent wouldn't last unless the room was completely sealed."

I'm ruling that Davel's comment is at  best a guess based on physics.  It is obviously his opinion based on his scientific knowledge.

For all those who seem unsure what a fact is let me enlighten you. I have been told that apartment 5J was occupied that week and that the occupants left on 4th May. That is a statement of fact, as no IMO was included. I'm unable to
discover the source of the fact because no cite has been provided. That's a pity because it's very interesting and worth discussing if it's true.

This is obviously an issue of grave importance to you so I think it may be worth having a look at to settle it one way or the other.

To that end I have carried out a search for the offending post and have been unsuccessful in locating it.

Please provide a link.  Thank you

There is no record of it.  Nor is there any record of Mr and Mrs Moyes who were in the apartment above Mrs fenn being interviewed either.
Or the people who left apartment 5J on May 4th.  Does anyone even know who they were, where they went or where they are now?

Is it a fact that people left 5J on 4th May? I think a cite could be required.

I shall amend that accordingly to meet with what we know of the occupants of apartment 5J who did exist at some point in time in my opinion ... well ... long enough to stock the fridge with food prior to leaving without bothering to take time to close the fridge door.

So what do we know of them?
  • who are they?
  • were they the owners?  were they the owners' guests?
  • when did they arrive?
  • were they in residence on the morning of 4th May
  • when did they depart?
  • was it the norm for rotting food to be left in an open fridge?
  • who was tasked with cleaning the apartment? we know it wasn't a Mark Warner cleaner.

In my opinion 5J was an interesting apartment.  The GNR dogs certainly thought so.  Is there any evidence it was even given a cursory glance by the PJ?

Obviously  remnant scent would not last forever in an unsealed room... The questions are
How long would it last.... We don't know as there are no studies on the subject.

Was the room unsealed... Afaiaa... The apt was let out for some of the period between  may and August... Do we have confirmation either way

So he doesn't say it was empty since 4th May simply that it was "closed down".    I believe 3 months is a short time for cadaver odour to remain if they some of these dogs can find bodies of people who were buried hundreds of years ago.  With respect to scent pooling I am not sure it depends upon the concentration although clearly the more concentrated the odour in one place  the larger the scent pool in that same place.

The dogs can locate remains after hundreds if years.... Remains are not remnant scent... Temnant scent will dissipate

Amaral claimed
These dogs, have solved 200 case
These dogs have never been wrong
Eddie alerted to a body under a, slab of concrete in Jersey

All untrue... Yet those  demanding truth and accuracy on this, site support his, right to make, those untrue claims... Claims made to millions of people

These are not all easy to find. I have found the 200 case one but I cannot find the other two.  Could you please provide a link to where I can read them.

I asked the same question here and have been promised an answer 'later';

So we have two separate requests for the same cite and no response from the poster in question.
