I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.
I gather the facts, examine the clues... and before   you know it, the case is solved!"

Or maybe not -

Most of his attempts at intimidation what he posts is rollox here...CR cant just snap their fingers and get police to get court orders to reveal IP address accounts....for a bunch of internet posters..an IP account does not prove anything does it? Who would CR address these hypothetical letters to? And  all a bit rich from someone who boasted elsewhere that he had a hand in hacking the old forum 3as.......and seemed so proud too.....and the fact that he thnks it is FINE to break the law himself vis a vis data protection....and plaster dozens of peoples real names along their forum user Ids, as he did yesterday......hypocrite.....

As for Sally Bercow, she is a high profile person, wife of speaker of house of commons, has thousands of tweeters following, so her tweet related to others calling McAlpine a paedophile is hardly on the same par as a bunch of normal people researching  and discussing a cold police case .......what dramatics

If you bothered to read the thread you will see that I covered that. McAlpine demanded £50,000 settlements from prolific tweeters with many followers (Alun Davis, Sally Bercow). He offered the £50 amnesty to other tweeters in return for not suing them as well.

That is what I understand the McCanns will do if the cess pits do not cease their activities.

Befoe Mcalpine it was thought that suing the provider of the forum in overseas courts was too expensive and too risky, and might just worsen the situation and see more fora replace them.

After McAlpine it all changed. It is now clear that their is an effective and cheap option to shut down hate sites. I think it will be used.

I am certainly not deluded, but you are being pedantic as per usual.

You believe a falsehood.

You are not open to rational rebuttal.

That is a delusion!

You can't be found guilty unless charged with a crime and found so.

So what is your point exactly ?

That they are innocent of any crime involving Madeleine.

If they chose to fight they would run into the Bennett problem- no lawyers. CR would sue for £50 plus their costs of about £50,000. Goodbye house and pension. This is what happened to Sally Bercow- had to pay £50k plus her and CR costs. £150k gone like that.

Bennett folded, you can't be sure those who follow him will. Also what of those with no assets ?

I, and many like me, will never stop asking questions no matter what the threat and I'm afraid certain parties will have to get used to it.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

Ton Bennett filled the role for a time. Brenda Ryan did before she changed sides. There are other leaders- mainly the admins of Anti-Mccann sites.

Dont be so silly......I suppose hundreds of posters had lobotomies then......
And you pretend to worship science......facts, and the rest.....there is no such thing as a small number of people saying believing doing x y z who happen to be in the same vague circle as being representative of all....didnt you do those overlapping circles in maths at school?
Rolly eyes.....

He did not 'fold'. It was made plain to him that he had no way out and accepted a very generous offer that left him with his house but little spending money. His retirement will be impoverished.

But that is different. He gave undertakings to a court and then broke them. If he had not given them he would probably have been better off! He gave them and broke them, making it a case of contract law rather than libel.

The quaint trick with the McAlpine gambit is that you do not need deep pockets to sue in the way that he did, but any defendent would have to have deep pockets to defend thecase.

I am certainly open to rational argument.

Now pray tell, how can you be declared innocent of a crime which has not been defined or being given any legal form ?

Pray tell.

No one is Guilty until proved so by a court.
