VS seems to want to scrutinise my theory while never adding the slightest bit of any meat on the bone to hers.

Why don't you want to analyse the Smith family timeline? You could start with the time both Peter and Martin said in their statements that they left Dolphin restaurant followed by how long they said they spent in Kelly's Bar.

The Dr Payne sighting of Maddie at around 6.30 is more problematic, if Maddie was indeed alive at that time, that only leaves a good two hours for Maddie to lose her life and the McCanns to come to terms with this and make up an elaborate plan to dispose of the body, certainly no time to do a recce of the local vicinity to look for communal bin sites.
And you would have thought that the neighbours would have heard the McCanns desperate screams and shouting when Maddie met her end? remember the lady upstairs heard Maddig crying the night before!
There's just so much about this case that doesn't really add up for me!

There's a huge discrepancy between Dr Paynes account of that visit & Kate's which would rouse the suspicion of any decent investigator but not for SY or Wolters it seems. They've run all the timing discrepancies through the super computer & sorted it all out into one perfect timeline.

Misty. I'm not interested in anything you have to say. You believe the Smiths convinced their 13 year old daughter to lie to the police. That's enough for me.

Peter said they left Kelly's bar 9:50/10:00. Aoife & Martin both give around 10pm. These are all approximate but for me between 9:55 & 10pm makes sense for them to then encounter the Gerrylike man at 10:03. They probably weren't walking fast because Peters wife was just about ready to pop.

Also, we'll never get to read Mary Smiths account of it all. But we do know she tried speaking with the unsociable Gerrylike trousers bananas in pyjamas man.

And the Smiths were walking up hill were they not?

Yep I was going to add that. Heavily pregnant woman walking up hill. Wouldn't have been too fast really.

Perhaps you should cease trying to make the Tapas9 timeline fit the unreliable and unproven timeline of your main witness against Gerry, then. We both know the family paid Dolphin restaurant bill at 2127hrs so both Martin and Peter's timings were 30m out, meaning nearer 2230hrs was the correct sighting time.

Probably time setting on the till was wrong. What seems more likely?. All the family happened to get the time wrong whilst coming up with a similar time or maybe just the till. Difficult to prove either way. But then given the level of detail they were able to provide about the man, it seems rather unlikely they made it all up really. Certainly, SY accepted their timing was around 10pm & they're the experts apparently.

It wasn?t Gerry they saw. Just coincidental unsociable Gerrylike man & trousers uncomfortably carrying his disabled Maddie twin daughter off into the night never to be seen again, all around the time Brueckner had abducted Maddie.

Wait, if you're saying the sighting was at 10:30, then that would still fit in with Gerry?s claim the alarm was raised at 10:13!  I think we've cracked it misty.

That's what they reported. You can look at the till roll PJ obtained from Kelly's Bar here and try to establish which purchase(s) were theirs. http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/MARTIN_SMITH.htm#p10p3276. IMO it's difficult to confuse a period of 15-20mins with one hour.

Are you overlooking Gerry's conversation with Raj Balu & Neil Berry outside Block 6 after 2200 or Mrs Fenn speaking to him at just after 2230Hrs?

Berry & Balu didn't give a specific time. They probably saw him after he'd done what he needed to do imo
