Then ask them why they let some individuals - we all know who - continue.

(and I don't mean TB)

Until McAlpineBercow it was thought to be too expensive, too difficult and too unlikely to work properly. All has changed. People have not been careful in the past and most prominent people are known in real life. I have been very careful to hide by identity to avoid trolls and threats, and have had to erase certain leads to my ID. I have also been careful to lay several promising false trails. I doubt everyone has been as careful. Carter Ruck have the 3As list and, I believe, have continued it to keep it up to date. See, the problem is that many people registered using their own email address. Google is your friend- links to email addresses are easy to find. That and other information means that the most prominent people are known in real life and good targets for large settlement threats.

Pamalam's site is in the US !

It does not matter where a site is based. If it is read in England it is actionable.

Have you been a victim?

Not in this case as my identity is unknown.

but not necessarily enforceable
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.

Or maybe not -

No,no. I meant in general, not in relation to this case.

I'm sure the fanatics would move to an overseas server, beyond the reach of CR in order to protect their site.

I thought most sites were overseas? Dont really know though.....Twitter being overseas doesnt mean anything as Sally Bercow posted in her real name. And was a well known problem....so was no problem.....for the mcalpine lawyers

It doesn't really matter about the kids. Although several fora have been forced to strip their archives of libellous postings- always possible.

Well if that's the plan let's hope they go for the right people.
They generate the so-called "[ censored word ]s". Who would call him/herself a "[ censored word ]", although some certainly dislike the way these people hammer their abduction from bed theory or insist in blaming anybody but themselves for their victimhood ?
Is that being a [ censored word ] or revealing common sense ?
It's like their understatement "it's not helpful"... Words, words, words.

But people's real names are known to CR- at least the most prolific and careless ones.

I think they'll disappoint you. Parliament is where they'll be busy I think, lobbying for changes in law. I know there are sympathetic MPs (saw it on the tele).

It doesn't matter what the kids see on the internet. It is hoped that they will be bright enough to see a bunch of [ censored word ]s.

There will be no changes likely in the last eighteen months of the Parliament. I think we shall see some legal action in the New Year. Big Fish first.
